It’s hard to believe, but I’ve been in public relations for more than 20 years (makes me sound so old!). Since the summer of 2001 (when I founded Echo), my time has been focused on delivering great results for clients in a cross-section of enterprise, consumer and non-profit markets. While my passion for PR began with a focus on technology, today my clients are innovative organizations in the mobile, telecom, technology, supply chain, and marketing sectors.
I work closely with senior marketers and corporate executives to guide the strategic development and tactical execution of ongoing PR programs as well as time-sensitive projects. I also lead an extremely talented team of consultants that are part of my virtual PR network.
Before embarking on a consulting career and starting my virtual PR agency, I held increasingly senior roles defining and implementing the media and analyst relations programs for a number of market-leading technology companies, including Delano Technology, MGI Software and Delrina (acquired by Symantec). My passion for public relations began in South Africa at a technology consulting organization.
